Return and Refund Policy
At Total Print Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. If your product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Products must be in their original, unopened, factory-sealed packaging to qualify for a return.
To start a return, email our support team at support@totalprintmart.com with your order number. We will guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions. Refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or a fulfillment error.
